2. Use Windows File Explorer or WinZip to open the downloaded zip file.
3. Double-click on the setup program inside the zip file (i.e "setup.exe")

After clicking on the download links above, you should be prompted to save the file or given the option to "Open" or "Save". Choose "Save".

               

Open the zip file, copy the two files setup.exe and toolbartoggle.msi to a folder you will remember.  Then locate the setup.exe file and double click the icon to start the installation process. If you are a Vista operating system user, please right click on setup.exe and from the pop-up menu, select "Run as Administrator".
